Description of the summary of the khutbah of the great scholar Khalil ibn Ishaq al-Jundi al-Maliki who died in 776 AH -may Allah have mercy on him- for the faqeeh and great scholar shaikh Othmān Ibn Balqāsim Ibn al-Makkī al-Taūْzarī al-Zubaīdī al-Mālikī who died in 1350 AH -may Allah have mercy on him. This faqeeh and great scholar shaikh  Othmān Ibn Balqāsim Ibn al-Makkī al-Taūْzarī’s book is considered as an interesting, beneficial, abridged version in which he explained the shortened khutbah of the great scholar Khalil Ibn Ishaq -may Allah have mercy on him- in fiqh in which he also clarified his method of composing his summary and used vocabularies. At the same time, it was the reputable book in which men competed to memorize and explain, till it became the reference for the mainstream of fiqh at that time by which fatwas were indisputably clearly mentioned.
