Research and Composition
It consists of a committee called (The Committee of Research, Composition and Translation) which is tracked and managed by Shaikh Ṭāhir Zāwī Charity, it consists of the heads of research centers who are five members at most.
Printing Books
Printing and publishing Libyan books, and giving them priority as long as they meet the objective conditions, in addition to printing rare books which have historical or academic value after agreeing on that with their owners or their publication right owners
Publishing Books
Al-Zawi Printing & Publishing house works on publishing targeted books on local, national, and international scale; in addition to its intention to publish various books according to specific criteria which will promote publishing industry in Libya as a main goal.
The First Criterion
The books of cultural and literary innovation (composed and translated ones), story, drama and poetry should be approved by specialists and experts who are chosen by the House to check the books before they are published.
The Second Criterion
Books, series and blogs are to be published in the fields of documentation, certificates and personal diaries with the expert committee, that is formed by the administration approval.
The Third Criterion
Author’s name then page number are to be mentioned in the next margin while quoting from the book as long as there is not more than one reference to the same author.
The Fourth Criterion
The author and equivalent are to provide a written pledge about the safety and the accuracy of the information which is presented to the House, whether the book belongs to them legally or intellectually.
